Direction: UAE Exchange / Expo 2020 (southbound)

Alight at Business Bay Station

Exit towards Al Asayel Street — follow signs for Business Bay / Canal

Walk south along Al Asayel Street

Head south away from SZR. After ~5 min you reach the Dubai Water Canal — turn right onto Marasi Drive

Follow Marasi Drive along the canal

Walk with the canal on your left. The twin JW Marriott Marquis towers are visible ahead on your right — approx 12–15 min total from the station
